Surface Power Drive

The surface-piercing drivers are located almost half in and half out of the water and are just aft of the boat. These transoms typically disrupt the flow of water as it exits the transoms, so the propellers work inefficiently when it is in the current.

Keeping the propeller on the surface of the water therefore means that the lower part of the propeller will be occupied by “clean” water, while the upper part will not have to pass not only the atmosphere but also the water. This reduces drag and draft and makes it suitable for surface drivers like us, owners who want to reduce fuel consumption, increase speed and create a more efficient vehicle.

The unique, asymmetric fuselages draw air under the wing, creating high pressure between the fuselages and low pressure outside the fuselages.
